Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for FY 93/94 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for FY 92/93 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Estimates of Expenditure for FY 93/94. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
