That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for FY 1993/94 (Paper Cmd 3 of 1994) and the Estimates of Expenditure for FY 1994/95 (Paper Cmd 2 of 1994) be taken today. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
