Mr Speaker: I wish to inform honourable Members that under paragraphs (2) and (3) of Standing Order 96, I have appointed Mr Bernard Chen to be Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee and Mr Chew Heng Ching to be Chairman of the Estimates Committee for the First Session.
