Resolved,

That the proceedings on the business set down on the Order Paper for today be exempted at this day's sitting from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1. - [Mr Wong Kan Seng].

Mr Speaker: Order. I propose to suspend the Sitting and will take the Chair again at 4.15 pm.

Sitting accordingly suspended at 3.54 pm until 4.15 pm Sitting resumed at 4.15 pm
