That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for FY 1999/2000 (Paper Cmd. 3 of 2000) and the Estimates of Expenditure for FY 2000/2001 (Paper Cmd. 2 of 2000) be taken today. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
