Mr Steve Chia Kiah Hong asked the Minister for Education whether the proposed changes to the junior college system can be implemented before 2006.

RAdm Teo Chee Hean: I (Minister for Education) will be moving a motion to debate the White Paper on the Report of the Junior College/Upper Secondary Education Review in Parliament in November 2002. I will be happy to respond to Mr Chia's question during the Parliamentary debate on the White Paper where the full context of the review can be better appreciated. I hope that Mr Chia will not mind waiting till then.
