Resolved,
That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supplementary Supply (FY 2002) Bill for FY 2002/2003 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for FY 2002/2003. - [Mr Lee Hsien Loong].
