Resolved,

"That, notwithstanding the resolution on the revision of Question Time on 2nd April 2002, the times stipulated under the Standing Order Nos. 21(1) and 88(2) shall apply at the sittings on the days allotted for the Debate on Budget Statement and the consideration of the Estimates for FY 2003/2004." - [Mr Wong Kan Seng].
