Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for FY2003/2004 and the Supplementary Supply (FY2002) Bill for FY2002/2003 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Main and Development Estimates for FY2003/2004. - [Mr Lee Hsien Loong].
