COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) BILL: "to amend the Companies Act (Chapter 50 of the 1994 Revised Edition), to make related amendments to the Trust Companies Act (Chapter 336 of the 1985 Revised Edition) and to make consequential amendments to certain other written laws",

presented by the Second Minister for Finance (Mr Raymond Lim Siang Keat); read the First time; to be read a Second time on the next available sitting of Parliament, and to be printed.
