That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the First Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for FY2009/2010 (Paper Cmd. 2 of 2010) and the Expenditure Estimates for FY2010/2011 (Paper Cmd. 1 of 2010) be taken today. – [Mr Mah Bow Tan].
