Inche Abdul Hamid Bin Haji Jumat: Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move, "That the Bill be now read a Second time."

It is a very simple Bill, Sir, and its purpose is to give legal sanction to a system recently introduced whereby facilities are provided for the public to view micro-film copies of deeds instead of the original copies. Sir, I beg to move.
