The Financial Secretary (Mr T. M. Hart): Sir, I present a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Stamp Ordinance (Chapter 170 of the Revised Edition)", and move that it be read the First time.

Bill read the First time.

Mr Speaker: Second Reading, what day?

Mr Hart: With your permission, Sir, after I have moved the Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill, I would like to take the Stamp (Amendment) Bill through all its stages.

Mr Speaker: Are there sufficient typed copies of the Bill for hon. Members?

Mr Hart: There are, Sir.

Mr Speaker: Can they be distributed, please?

Mr Hart: Yes, Sir.

Typed copies of the Bill handed in to the Clerk and distributed to hon. Members.
