The Financial Secretary (Mr T. M. Hart): Sir, I present a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Ordinance (Chapter 158 of the Revised Edition)", and move that it be read the First time.

Mr Hart: With your permission, Sir, I should like to take the Second and Third Readings of this Bill after my Budget speech.
