3.47 p.m.

The Chief Minister: Sir, it is clear that the business set down for today cannot be completed before the moment of interruption and I therefore beg to move under Standing Order 7 (2),

That this Assembly do sit tomorrow in order to complete any business that is left uncompleted at the end of today's sitting.

Mr A. J. Braga: I second it.

Mr Marshall: On a point of information, Mr Speaker, Sir - does that mean that if tomorrow at the time of the moment of interruption, the business is still not completed, we have to sit beyond the moment of interruption, or does it mean that then further provision will be made?

Mr Speaker: I think the proper motion would be that, at its rising today, this Assembly do stand adjourned till tomorrow, Friday.

The Chief Minister: Thank you, Mr Speaker. I now move,

That at its rising today this Assembly do stand adjourned till tomorrow, Friday.

Question put, and agreed to.

Resolved,

That at its rising today this Assembly do stand adjourned till tomorrow, Friday.
