The following Members have, under the provisions of subsection (3) (i) of section 47 of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, obtained from the Speaker, permission to be or to remain absent from meetings of the Assembly:

Mr Lim Cher Kheng (Changi) - from 26th April to 26th August, 1958.

Mr Soh Ghee Soon (Cairnhill) - from 9th May to 9th June, 1958.

Mr Seah Peng Chuan (Kampong Kapor) - on 23rd April, 1958.
