The Minister for Labour and Law (Mr K. M. Byrne): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that the Order for the introduction of this Bill be discharged.
Mr Speaker: The Minister is not introducing?
Mr Byrne: I do not propose to introduce the Betting Bill.
Mr Speaker: That will suffice.
