[Mr Speaker in the Chair]

Mr Speaker: There was a motion standing in the name of the Member for Jurong with regard to the recent disturbances which was awaiting my ruling. I have since ruled that the matter is now sub judice as a Commission has been appointed. Therefore, the motion does not appear on today's Order Paper.
