Mr Speaker: I have to report that on the 28th day of December, 1965, the President of the Republic of Singapore assented to the following Bills: -

(1) The Telecommunications Bill;

(2) The Singapore Asian Seamen's Club Incorporation (Amendment) Bill;

(3) The People's Association (Amendment) Bill.
