Mr Speaker: In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (4) of Standing Order 86 and paragraph (6) of Standing Order 85, I have for the Singapore Development Estimates for the year 1967 fixed the times on the allotted day, namely, the 20th December, 1966, at which consideration of the heads of expenditure in respect of which amendments stand on the Order Paper shall, if not previously disposed of, be concluded. Those times have been notified to Honourable Members and will appear in the Official Report*
