Resolved,

"That Parliament resolves that notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 85, the days allotted for discussion of the Main Estimates for the financial year 1st January, 1969 to 31st March, 1970 in the Committee of Supply be increased to 5 days, that is to say, the 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th of December, 1968." - [Dr Goh Keng Swee].
