Mr Speaker: In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (4) of Standing Order 86 and paragraph (6) of Standing Order 85, I have for the Development Estimates of Singapore for the financial year 1st January, 1969, to 31st March, 1970, fixed the times on the allotted day, namely, the 20th December, 1968, at which consideration of the heads of expenditure in respect of which amendments stand on the Order Paper shall, if not previously disposed of, be concluded.
