Mr Speaker: I have to inform hon. Members that, under the provisions of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 92, I have on the 18th February, 1970, appointed the hon. Member for Katong (Mr J. F. Conceicao) to be the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee in my place.
