Resolved,

"That Parliament resolves that notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 85, the days allotted for discussion of the Main Estimates for the financial year 1st April, 1970 to 31st March, 1971 in the Committee of Supply be increased to five days, that is to say, the 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th and 25th of March, 1970."--[Dr Goh Keng Swee].
