Under the provision of clause 2 (d) of Article 30 of the Constitution of Singapore, I have granted permission to the following Members to be or to remain absent from sittings of Parliament (or any committee of Parliament to which they have been appointed for the periods stated:-

Mr Tay Boon Too (Paya Lebar) - from 27th July to 20th August 1971.

Dr Chiang Hai Ding (Ulu Pandan) - from 31st July to 31st December 1971.

Mr Ng Kah Ting (Punggol) - from lst August to 30th September 1971.
