"to make provision with a view to the ratification on behalf of the Republic of Singapore of the Convention on Offences and certain other Acts Committed on board Aircraft, signed at Tokyo on 14th September. 1963, and to repeal section 14 of the Air Navigation Act (Chapter 87 of the 1970 Revised Edition)', presented by the Minister for Communications (Mr Yong Nyuk Lin); read the First time, to be read a Second time on the next available sitting of Parliament, and to he printed.
