COMMITTEE OF SUPPLY (Main Estimates)

Mr Speaker: In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (7) of Standing Order 87, I have for the Main Estimates of Expenditure of Singapore for the financial year 1st April, 1972, to 31st March, 1973, fixed the times on each allotted day (that is to say, the 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd of March) at which consideration of the heads of expenditure in respect of which amendments stand on the Order Paper Supplement shall, if not previously disposed of, be concluded. These times have been notified to hon. Members and will appear in the Official Report*(*See Appendix, cols. 685-8.). Hon. Members will have noticed a rearrangement in the order of the heads of expenditure which I have made for a certain convenience and which I trust hon. Members will accept.
