Under the provisions of clause 2 (d) of Article 30 of the Constitution of Singapore, I have granted permission to Inche Sha'ari Bin Tadin (Kampong Chai Chee), Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Culture, to be absent from sittings of Parliament on the 23rd and 24th March, 1972.
