The Chairman: First Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973 to 31st March, 1974, contained in Paper Cmd. 7 of 1974. The summary is on page 4 of the Paper.

Question, "That the sums stated for those heads of expenditure which appear in the Summary of Totals of Supplementary Estimates on page 4 of Paper Cmd. 7 of 1974 stand part of the First Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974," put, and agreed to.

Question, "That the sum of $2,073,100 shall be supplied to the Government under the heads of expenditure for the public services shown in the First Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974," put, and agreed to.

Resolution to be reported.

The Chairman: First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974, contained in Paper Cmd. 8 of 1974. There is only one Head of Expenditure, namely, Head 1401, Ministry of Finance, $148,700,000.

No notice of amendment has been received.

Question, "That the sum of $148,700,000 for Head 1401 stand part of the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974," put, and agreed to.

Question, "That the sum of $148,700,000 shall be supplied to the Government under the head of expenditure for the public services shown in the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974, contained in Paper Cmd, 8 of 1974,' put, and agreed to.

Resolutions reported -

"That the sum of $2,073,100 shall be supplied to the Government under the heads of expenditure for the public services shown in the First Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974, contained in Paper Cmd. 7 of 1974."

"That the sum of $148,700,000 shall be supplied to the Government under the head of expenditure for the public services shown in the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1973, to 31st March, 1974, contained in Paper Cmd. 8 of 1974."
