The Attorney-General's Chambers will continue to draft legislation to give effect to Government policies and to make necessary changes in the law.

Last year, a Reprint of our Constitution was published. This Reprint incorporated all amendments to our Constitution as well as the provisions of the Constitution of Malaysia applicable to Singapore up to 31st March, 1980. For the first time all our constitutional provisions can now be found in one single document.

The Attorney-General's Chambers will continue to issue reprints of important Acts.

Ten years have passed since the publication of the 1970 Revised Edition of our Statutes. A Law Revision Commission will be appointed shortly to prepare a new Revised Edition.
