Mr Liew Kok Pun asked the Minister for Communications and Minister for Labour whether there will be any provision for taxi stands at all Mass Rapid Transit stations to enable taxis to provide a shuttle service.

The Minister for Communications and Minister for Labour (Mr Ong Teng Cheong): Mr Speaker, Sir, the answer is yes. Taxi stands will be provided at MRT stations where there is a demand for them and where it is feasible to do so.
