NEW TAXIS

Dr Arthur Beng Kian Lam asked the Minister for Communications and Information, Second Minister for Defence and Second Minister for National Development how many new taxis have been put on the road annually for the last five years; how are these distributed to the various taxi companies; and how many of these are owned by individuals.
