DEBATE ON MINISTERIAL STATEMENT IN COMMITTEE OF SUPPLY

Mr Speaker: Because of the importance of this matter, I propose to allow Members to debate the Ministerial Statement of the First Deputy Prime Minister in the Committee of Supply under Amendment No. (1) of Head N, Ministry of Finance. Hon. Members can therefore make their points when we are in Committee.
