Mr Speaker: I wish to inform hon. Members that, under the provisions of paragraphs (2) and (3) respectively of Standing Order No. 95, I have appointed Mr Bernard Chen to be Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee and Mr Chew Heng Ching to be Chairman of the Estimates Committee.
