Mr Chiam See Tong asked the Minister for National Development whether there are plans to develop the two vacant plots of land adjacent to Upper Serangoon Road and Potong Pasir Avenue 1.

Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau: The two vacant plots of land at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and Potong Pasir Avenue 1 are parts of the Neighbourhood Centre in Potong Pasir Estate. At present, HDB has no plans to develop them.
