Mr Ling How Doong asked the Acting Minister for National Development what is the total amount of fines and compositions collected by the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Housing and Development Board for parking offences for 1993 and from January to October 1994.

Mr Lim Hng Kiang: Mr Speaker, Sir, the total fines and composition collected for parking offences by HDB and URA for the year 1993 and the year 1994 (from January to October) were $49.2 million and $39.4 million respectively.
