SEA SPORTS CENTRE

Mr R. Ravindran asked the Minister for Community Development whether there are any plans to build a sea sports centre by the People's Association along the west coast of Singapore.

Mr Abdullah Tarmugi: The People's Association has no plan to build a sea sports club along the west coast as its current five sea sports clubs in Kallang Basin, East Coast Park, Changi Point, Pasir Ris Park and Sembawang have more than enough capacity and facilities to cater to all Singaporeans who wish to participate in sea sports activities.
