RAdm Teo Chee Hean: Mdm Deputy Speaker, we had a full day of debate. Please allow me to thank the 11 speakers who have raised a broad range of topics and many contrasting views.

Lest we overburden Members with too much content and to allow them some time to have more creative activities this evening, Mdm Deputy Speaker, I beg to move,
