Mr Speaker: Order. I wish to inform hon. Members that, pursuant to Standing Order No. 1(3)(a), the commencement time of future sittings of Parliament shall be at 1.30 pm. The moment of interruption shall be at 6.00 pm.

Consequent upon the change of the commencement time, I have also revised such other times specified in the Standing Orders which I will circulate to hon. Members. These times will also appear in the Official Report (Cols. 2165-2166). Appendix - Announcement by Mr Speaker

Question Time will continue for up to one and a half hours from the commencement of a sitting pursuant to the resolution passed by Parliament on 2nd April 2002.
