DEATHS OF NATIONAL SERVICEMEN: 7.
Mdm Halimah Yacob asked the Minister for Defence (a) what is the cause of the recent deaths of three National Servicemen (NSmen), all within the period of one month; and (b) whether adequate measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our NSmen when they undergo training.
The Minister for Defence (RAdm Teo Chee Hean): Sir, I will be making a Ministerial Statement later and request Mdm Halimah's forbearance till then.
