BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT BILL: Column: 326

"to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Buildings and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act (Chapter 30 of the 2000 Revised Edition) so as to provide for proper maintenance and management of buildings, and to make consequential amendments to the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Chapter 158 of the 1999 Revised Edition) and to make certain other written laws",

presented by the Minister for National Development (Mr Mah Bow Tan); read the First time; to be read a Second time on the next available sitting of Parliament, and to be printed.
