STANDING SELECT COMMITTEES:

(Filling of vacancies) (Announcement by Mr Speaker) Mr Speaker: Order. I wish to inform honourable Members that under the provisions of Standing Order No 102, I have on 10th October 2005, nominated the following Members to fill vacancies in the respective Standing Select Committees:

(1) Mr Mah Bow Tan to be a Member of the Committee of Selection in place of Dr Wang Kai Yuen;

(2) Dr Amy Khor to be a Member of the Public Accounts Committee in place of Mr Gan Kim Yong; and

(3) Mr Mah Bow Tan to be a Member of the Committee of Privileges in place of Mr Lee Hsien Loong.
