Children Listed as Co-Lessees for Their Parents' HDB Flats

Mr Zainal Sapari asked the Minister for National Development whether HDB can consider children who include their names as co-lessees of their parents' HDB flat to help with mortgage payments, will not be considered as having taken up HDB concessionary loans should they decide to buy their own homes subsequently.

Mr Khaw Boon Wan: Such children are allowed to take a second HDB concessionary loan, should they decide to buy their own flat.
