Mr Speaker: I have received a message from His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government of Singapore dated 6th December, 1957, informing me that His Excellency had on that day, in accordance with the provisions of section 62 (2) of the Singapore Colony Orders in Council, 1955 and 1956, assented to the Stamp (Amendment) Bill.
