Mr Nair (on behalf of the Minister for Health, Mr A. J. Braga): Sir, under Standing Order No. 19, I propose that the Bill be read a Second time on 3rd March, 1959.

The Minister for Health has unexpectedly taken ill, Sir, and the proposition is made to enable him to have an opportunity of making the Second Reading.

Mr Speaker: All the Minister need do is to name another day. Further consideration, what day?
