The Chief Minister: Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move, under Standing Order No. 7 (11),
That the proceedings on the last item on the Order Paper set down for today be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No. 7.
Mr Oon Khye Kiang: I second it.
