PERMISSION TO MEMBERS TO BE ABSENT

The following Members have, under the provisions of subsection (2) (g) of section 42 of the Singapore (Constitution) Order in Council, 1958, obtained from the Speaker, permission to be or to remain absent from sittings of the Assembly:-

Inche Baharuddin Bin Mohamed Ariff (Anson) - for two weeks from 26th August, 1959.

Tun Lim Yew Hock (Cairnhill) - for four months from 29th August, 1959.

Mr Thio Chan Bee (Tanglin) - for five weeks from 22nd August, 1959.
