The Prime Minister: Mr Speaker, Sir, I hope you will forgive me if I have not come prepared to answer the first three questions. I will answer them tomorrow. I have been busy this morning trying to sort Out the Constitutional documents. Questions 1, 2* and 3+ will be answered tomorrow.
Mr Speaker: Question 5++ too?
The Questions read as follows:-

The Prime Minister: Yes, including Question 5.
Mr Speaker: I have indicated the relevant Standing Order which covers a matter of this nature. If the Members asking the Questions ask that that be done, then, of course, that will be done. If they do not ask that that be done, then the Prime Minister will send Written Answers. Can I have an indication from the Member for Havelock whether he wishes his answer tomorrow?
Mr Speaker: And from the Member for Pasir Panjang?
Mr Tan Cheng Tong: Yes.
Mr Speaker: The Questions are therefore postponed until tomorrow.
