The Prime Minister: Mr Speaker, Sir, I have His Excellency the Yang di-Pertuan Negara's recommendation to proceed with this Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to amend the Constitution of Singapore and to effect certain changes of titles."
