Mr Lim Kim San: Mr Speaker, Sir, I have His Excellency the Yang di-Pertuan Negara's recommendation for the introduction of the Property Tax (Amendment) Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Property Tax Ordinance, 1960 (No. 72 of 1960)."
